Patients should feel comfortable calling our office between the hours of 9:00 am & 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with questions, or in the event medical problems arise. Although our nurses are frequently able to answer questions, they will consult with a physician concerning medical issues. In an effort to provide an accurate description of your status, the nurse may ask you to provide the following information:
- Patient's Name
- Age
- Temperature
- The Onset, Severity, & Description of Symptoms
- Known Medical Allergies
- Pharmacy Telephone Number
If there is an emergeny (after hours) you should proceed to the nearest emergency room and/ or call our answering service for directions.
