Patient information that is pertinent to completing these issues is required. Patient medical record information is kept in strictest confidentiality according to the laws of HIPAA. The only exception to this policy is when the law requires release in special circumstances. Most insurances are accepted, as well as CASH, CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER.
